Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers to understand their service needs with a warm and friendly persona.
  • Provide repair services to vehicle owners urgently, accurately and with a pleasurable and professional demeanor.
  • Field incoming calls in a manner which positively impacts repair traffic and customer relationships.
  • Maintain and manage daily records service department repairs and retail orders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level throughout the parts & service process and a timely completion and delivery of vehicle repair needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience
  • The ability to adapt to varying tasks according to changing volume and business needs.
  • Familiar with job specific equipment.
  • On your feet for long periods.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Must exercise good judgment.
  • Drivers License
